Mr. Harold McDaniel, 67, of McRae, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Dodge County Hospital. He was born June 2, 1954, in Dublin, GA to the late Roscoe McDaniel and Jewell Tanner McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel grew up in Wheeler County and spent his adult years in Telfair County. He worked in the logging industry for many years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
Mr. McDaniel is survived by his son: Dwayne McDaniel of Milan; daughter: Angie Reddish (Tommy) of Lawrenceville; daughter-in-law: Tasha McDaniel of Douglas; grandchildren: Dwayne Harold McDaniel, Jr., Ethan Trevor Reddish, Ashton Tucker Reddish, Austin Bailey McDaniel, and Nicholas Tyler McDaniel; siblings: Josephine McDaniel White Rodgers of Ocilla, David McDaniel (Elizabeth) of Eastman, and Johnny McDaniel of Milan; sister-in-law: Trecie McDaniel of Glenwood; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son: Jeffrey McDaniel; brothers: Eugene McDaniel and Jerry McDaniel; and sisters-in-law: Jane McDaniel and Kathy McDaniel.
The McDaniel family will be having a memorial service at Milan Church of God Saturday, March 12, 2022, following a family luncheon at 12:00 P.M. with Rev. Ralph Horne officiating.
