Obituary
Jerry "Strawberry" Crawford, 67, of Glenwood, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Glenwood Healthcare. He was born July 3, 1954, in Laurens County to the late Alvis and Mary Lou Crawford West. Mr.Crawford worked in the logging industry for many years. He is survived by his brother: Rickey West (Lorene) of East Dublin; sister: Mary Ann Kemp of Dublin, cousins: Windsor and Beverly Johnson of Glenwood; aunts: Etta Vicks of Glenwood and Helen Bassett of East Dublin; and nieces: Brittany Kemp, Kayla Kemp, and Jessica Kemp of Dublin. Mr.Crawford was preceded by his parents and brother: Alvis Kim West.
Graveside service for Mr. Crawford will be Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Glenwood City Cemetery with Rev. W.R. Connell officiating. There will be a visitation from 1:30 until 2:00 at the cemetery just prior to the service.
Towns Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
