Lowell Clarence Taylor, age 59, of Towns, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA.  He was born January 20, 1965, in Glenwood, GA, to the late Clarence Taylor Jr. and Barbara Faye Hartley Tayler.  Mr. Taylor grew up in Wheeler County and enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing.  He was a gifted carpenter and used his creativity and talent to build.  He is survived by his son, Dylan Taylor of Uvalda; step-daughter, Brooke Lloyd of McRae; step-son, Dalton Grimes of Alamo; and siblings, Connie Taylor of Towns, Robert Taylor (Kathy) of Hazlehurst, and Karen Rentz (Timmy) of Hazlehurst.  He was preceded in death by his parents and life partner, Susanne Grimes.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Mr. Taylor at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Snowhill Baptist Church in Alamo, GA.
