Marsha Lorine Barber, age 70, of Glenwood, GA, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA.
Ms. Barber was born on April 24, 1954, in Wheeler County to the late Alton and Corene White Williams. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Russell Barber, and siblings, A.W. Williams, Earl Williams, and Judy Hulett. She is survived by her children: Tommy Barber of Glenwood, Darlene Barber of McRae, and Calvin O’Neal of McRae; siblings: Effie Turner (Franklin) of Glenwood, Martha Cooper of Glenwood, Tony Williams (Tammy) of Alamo, Johnny Williams (Elle) of Glenwood, and Rosa Lee Williams of Glenwood; and ten grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Towns Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A graveside service in celebration of her life will be held Friday, August 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Alamo City Cemetery.
