Mr. Ronnie Cleveland Gilder, age 73, passed away peacefully on
Thursday, September 18, 2025. Graveside funeral services will be held on
Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Alamo City Cemetery with Rev. Randell Tarpley officiating. The
family will receive friends following the service.
Mr. Gilder was a retired farmer and logger. His accomplishment led to
being named the Soil Conservation Farmer of the Year. He was also the
owner and operator of Redlig Feed & Grain Company. He also served on the
Board of Directors for Little Ocmulgee EMC. In his free time, he enjoyed
hunting, fishing, and round-track racing.
Mr. Gilder is survived by his son, Clinton Mitchell (Sunny); grandchild,
Lakelyn Mitchell; and siblings, Bruce Gilder and Dianne Fountain (Terry).
Mr. Gilder was predeceased by his parents, Johnny Cleveland Gilder and
Betty Jean Manus; as well as his grandparents, Dicy and Carl Manus.
