Susan Connell, age 65, of Glenwood, GA, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Community Hospice in Vidalia, GA. She was born in Apopka, FL, on August 2, 1958, to Betty Sue Connell of Glenwood and the late Joe Doyle Connell. Ms. Connell was preceded in death by her father; uncles and aunt: James Turner and Rea Peavy (J.L.). She is survived by her mother; brother: Clay Connell (Wanda); nieces and nephew: Nikki Connell, Andrea Hogue (Jagger), and Dakota Connell; great-niece: Annie Jo Hogue; and aunts and uncle: Franklin Turner (Effie) and Josie Turner.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Towns Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Graveside services will be Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Edge Cemetery in Glenwood, GA.
