Zachary LaDon Connell, 23, of Ailey, GA, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022.  He was born December 29, 1998, to Robin Jacqueline Haymons Connell and Claude LaDon Connell.  Zachary enjoyed hunting, fishing, and competing on the wrestling team when he was in high school.  He was a member of the Snowhill Community Church and worked in the logging industry. 

Zachary is survived by his daughter: Kensliegh Connell; mother: Robin Jacqueline Connell; father: Claude LaDon Connell (Kelly); brother: Coy Maness; sisters; Jacqueline Scott (Travis) and Kylie Rogers Connell, and Gracyn Connell; step-sister: Graham Gray; grandfather: W.R. Connell; grandmother: Emma “Jackie” Haymons; nephews: Allen Weeks and Aiden McCullough; niece: Teagan Scott; and numerous aunts and uncles.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Agnes Arlene Connell; and grandfather: John O. Haymons.   

The family will be receiving friends at Snowhill Community Church Sunday night, November 20, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.  Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, at Snowhill Community Church with Rev. W.R. Connell and Rev. Kevin Connell officiating and interment following in the church cemetery.
